Experienced Alarm Technician
Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire | Full-Time
Tasco Security is looking for an experienced Alarm Technician. Our technicians are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of security, fire, CCTV and access control systems. Technicians must be organized critical thinkers with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. You must be able to effectively communicate with our clients while providing excellent customer service and support.
Candidates must be mechanically inclined and have an electronics background to be considered. We require a general familiarity with IT processes and have some exposure to, and knowledge of, networks.
Applicants must also pass the following:

- Pre-employment physical
- Drug screen

Requirements:
- Experience as a security install or service technician
- Specific knowledge of security, access control, fire and/or IP camera systems
- Previous experience working with Napco, Silent Knight, Openeye and March Networks systems preferable
- Previous experience with IT processes, networking devices, and systems
- A high school diploma and relevant electronics technical training
- Ability to work unsupervised and exhibit good time management
- Past experience using power tools
- Passion for customer service
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
